Sarah Lefton is the founding director and producer of G-dcast. Her work is a fusion of a unique career that started out in digital entertainment and online publishing (The New York Times, The Village Voice, and a several dotcom startups) and moved towards Jewish community building following a quarter-life crisis and the (first) collapse of the online bubble. She served on the staff of California’s JCCA Camp Tawonga, the board of the JCC of San Francisco, and the Mission Minyan’s “machers” leadership committee before starting G-dcast in 2008. Sarah was named one of the “Forward 50” most influential Jews of 2009, and is a recipient of the Joshua Venture Group fellowship for Jewish social entrepreneurs.

Sarah Lefton lives with her husband and son in San Francisco.
