Kevah, meaning “a set practice” is the word used in the Mishnah to describe how Torah study should be integrated into the life of each and every Jew, regardless of age, Jewish background, or sexual orientation. It captures our mission of making space for a grass roots Jewish learning movement. We know it is a big deal to set aside a few hours each month to step into a deeper realm. We also know that it is worth it.
